My grand mother told me the same thing, and we know grand mothers are always right, at least when it comes to organic cooking ! So I garlic is the must have in my kitchen, it has become a base for most of my meals. Garlic and onions saute in a little bit of olive oil , the fragrance is already a treat ..

I started cooking with garlic when I was on missions so very far from home. And the fragrance would always make me smile, a direct virtual ticket back home 🙂 Bon Appetit!
