Tom Yum Pla or spicy fish sour soup.
– Fish,water, mushrooms, lemon grass, bergamot leaves, galangal, Root coriander , green onion, lemon, chilies, fish sauce or salt, soy sauce. Oyster sauce.
** Take the water to boiled with lemon grass, bergamot leaves, galangal, Root coriander and add fish sauce or salt, soy sauce. Oyster sauce so wait to boiling so just add the fish, mushrooms and wait to boiling again so add coriander, green onion.
** Serve just add lemon, chilies, coriander, green onion and eaten with Thai Jasmine rice…so very yummy tp4
