And that’s saying something for a country renowned the world over as a foodie capital.
Into its 21st year, this popular event is a fixture on the culinary calendar with its wide range of gastronomic experiences.
Different flavours

You’ll get to taste new and signature dishes, whipped up by the country’s top chefs. Tuck into old favourites and inventive flavours across different Asian cultures.
Tasty highlights
This year, festival-goers saw a host of tasty highlights. Many headed for BBQ By The Beach, a sprawling buffet of barbequed seafood and meats at Sentosa’s Palawan Beach.
The crowds also enjoyed the Nyonya Mobile, parked at different spots island-wide. Besides food tasting, cooking demos and fun exhibits, traditional and modern versions of Peranakan dishes were also served.
The Singapore Chinese Dialect Heritage Feast 2014 pulled in fans of Chinese cuisine. Some 20 uncommon dishes, from rickshaw noodles to salt-baked chicken, were offered. Meanwhile, spicy food lovers headed for Suvai for traditional and home-grown Indian cuisine.
With all this and more, the Singapore Food Festival truly has something for every palate.
