Whether you want to admit it to yourself or not, there are times when, after visiting one place, over and over again, you just become a bit bored, and your interest in visiting it once again wanes.
Cebu is a little bit like that for me. After visiting it for more then 20 times already for events, and business meetings over the past 13 years, it has become a very boring place for me and begged off some opportunities to come visit it again.
But all that changed when I had the chance to visit the city and stay at the luxurious Movenpick Hotel in Mactan Island.
I have heard only wonderful things about the hotel and I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to experience it for myself.
Needless to say, I had high expectations but I was also realistic.
