This dipping sauce can be used for spring rolls, fish or for cooking other delicious meals. It´s fast and easy to make. You will like this sauce with the typical taste of Asia.

Servings: 1 glass
Ingredients:
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml fruit vinegar
- 2 tbs palm sugar
- 3 cloves minced garlic, chopped
- 2 tbs fresh ginger root, minced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbs sesame oil
Method:
- Dry roast sesame seeds until toasted
- Add fruit vinegar and palm sugar, reduce heat
- When palm sugar starts to caramelize add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Slowly simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and let cool down
- Put in a glass with lid and store it in the fridge
