This dipping sauce can be used for spring rolls, fish or for cooking other delicious meals. It´s fast and easy to make. You will like this sauce with the typical taste of Asia.

Servings: 1 glass


  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml fruit vinegar
  • 2 tbs palm sugar
  • 3 cloves minced garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbs fresh ginger root, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbs sesame oil


  • Dry roast sesame seeds until toasted
  • Add fruit vinegar and palm sugar, reduce heat
  • When palm sugar starts to caramelize add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Slowly simmer for 5 minutes
  • Remove from heat and let cool down
  • Put in a glass with lid and store it in the fridge
