Sweet Egg Roll Recipe by Ying Ying

Many people are familiar with this menu. Today we are going to modify this recipe just a little.

1. 4 Eggs       2. 1 / 3 Cup Katsuo Soup        3. 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar        4. 1/2 Tbsp. Shoyu       5. 1 Tbsp. Mirin      6. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1. Mix eggs, mirin, sugar, Shoyu, fish soup in a bowl. Beat to combine.     2. Filter eggs in a colander until the texture of eggs are smooth.      3. Heat the pan.
Use tissue absorbs the oil and wipes it around the pan. Put eggs into the pan. Fry and spread into thin sheets. 4. Move eggs to the edge of the pan. Use tissue absorbs the oil and wipes it around the pan. When eggs are almost cooked, gently roll the eggs from one side to the end of other side. 5. Cut the eggs into pieces. Finish.
