Giew Nam or Soup Wonton. by KanayaBotan.

Today I have feel want to eat Giew Nam or Soup Wonton but I don’t want to buy it, so I have to cook by myself, Its very easy to cook and good taste too.


Ingredient : Chicken, Sheet Wonton, water, garlic, root and coriander, pepper, carrots, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and some sugar, Chinese Cabbage (kwangtung ผักกวางตุ้ง in Thai), bean sprouts, braised leeks, green onion, vinegar, chilies powder.

1. Chicken (bones are used to make soup), garlic, root and coriander, pepper, carrots and salt, chopped, mixed all.

2. Sheet Wonton wrap with chicken chopped by a little bit water.

3. Water boiling and put the wontons into and waited to its all float, that is mean its are cooked. And later put Chinese Cabbage, bean sprouts.

4. Inside the soup are bones chickens,  garlic, root coriander, pepper,  carrots, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and some sugar.

5. Put Chinese Cabbage, bean sprouts boiled, wontons boiled, braised leeks, green onion and soup, eaten with vinegar, chilies powder. You can add fish sauce and sugar up to you how taste you like.
