Steamed fish Thai food by KanyaBotan.

Steamed fish or Pla Nuing (ปลานึ่ง in Thai) this is one menu so easy to cook , simple food but very favorite of Thai people and the sauce is great taste so can eaten with seafood or another meat too.

Ingredient for fish : Lemongrass ,galangal, bergamot leaves for steaming fish, put its all under the fish but you must wait to the water boiling before and put the fish later.

Ingredient for sauce :  Garlic, chilies, coriander, fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon and a little bit sugar, take its all to spin and taste so spicy, salt, sour and a bit sweet taste.
