Lab Kai (ลาบไก่ in Thai) or spicy chicken salad is favourite menu of northern and Northeast or E-san of Thailand, eaten with sticky rice or Thai Jasmine Rice and another vegetables.
ingredient : Chicken or other meat (beef, pork, fish etc..) garlic, onion, green onion, coriander, fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon, chilies powder, roasted rice and some stock soup.
– Take minced chicken with a little bit stock soup to boiling to cooked and add garlic,onion, coriander, green onion, fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon, chilies powder, roasted rice and taste to how do you like but really have sour, salt and spicy taste.
Roasted rice or Khao Kua = ข้าวคั่ว in Thai. Take the rice to roasted on the soft fire till to some yellow and take to spin or pound thoroughly.
Chilies powder or Prik-Pon = พริกป่น in Thai. Take the dry chilies to grill on the soft fire till to brown and take to spin or pound thoroughly.
