Cambodia has only 3 major operating airports with commercial flights. Cambodia, officially the Kingdom of Cambodia, is a country in Southeast Asia that borders Thailand to the west and northwest, Laos to the north and Vietnam to the east and southeast. In the south it faces the Gulf of Thailand. Phnom Penh is the capital and largest city. Siem Reap, a city located near the famed ruins of Angkor Wat is the gateway to the Angkor region, and is Cambodia’s main destination for tourism. Battambang, the largest city in western Cambodia, is known for its rice production and Sihanoukville, a coastal city, is the primary sea port.

Phnom Penh International Airport : Phnom Penh International Airport, is the largest airport in Cambodia containing land area of 400 hectares. It is located 10 kilometres west of Phnom Penh, the nation’s capital. Phone +855 23 890 022

Visa on Arrival can be obtained at the Visa Counter upon arrival at Cambodia International Airports in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Please note that not all foreign passport holders can apply for a visa on arrival, therefore, they should check with the nearest Royal Embassy of Cambodia for the specific visa requirements for their countries.

The airfield was originally constructed in the 1960s with assistance from the Soviet Union After a long period of dormancy during and after the Khmer Rouge era, the airport formally reopened on January 15, 2007
