Fried fish with sweet and sour spicy sauce or Pla Loi Soun in Thai , good for healthy by herbs and eaten with vegetables or rice if you would to like that. Very easy to cook by first you just fried the fish and make the sauce later and poured on the already fried fish.
ingredients : fish, oil, sugar, salt or fish sauce, lemon or vinegar, chillies, Lemongrass, coriander and green onion.
How to cook sauce : sugar, salt or fish sauce, lemon or vinegar to boiling and Lemongrass, coriander and green onion mixed all and poured on the already fried fish.
